How long should you expect for delivery?

FURNITURE (made-to-order):

  • We are very aware that as soon as you have ordered your furniture you would like to have it in your home! We aim to deliver bespoke "movable" furniture within 6 to 8 weeks of receiving your confirmed order.
  • "Fixed" furniture like wood-work & cabinetry takes about eight weeks to manufacture. At the time that you confirm your order we will be sure to advise you of the expected delivery date, and we will keep you updated as your order progresses.
  • We will endeavour to complete the order as close as possible to the estimated delivery date shown. But we cannot guarantee the delivery date as the goods ordered are being custom made for the client and we can be delayed by the late delivery of essential materials from other suppliers. Each piece of furniture is hand made to order; while we are very anxious to meet our client's expectations in every way, we will not deliver furniture of inferior quality.

FURNISHINGS:

  • Delivery of fabrics is usually affected within four days of receiving your confirmed order.
  • If your tapestry order includes tailoring & installation, it is usually affected within 8—10 days. We will advise you regarding the time-to-delivery at the time of receiving your order, since it may vary as per the scope of tailoring & accessorising involved.
